You may order a commemorative button to remember this years annual walk. This button will have your choice of the two images below.
If you have lost a family member or loved one, you may purchase a personalized "In Memory" button by emailing a photo, the persons name, and the number of buttons to: memorybuttons@chriswalk.net Please complete online order form before emailing photos.

Each plastic button is approximately 2 1/2" around. The cost to purchase a button is $5.00 each and $3.00 each for orders of two or more. Payment may be made by sending check or money order to Chris Walk, C/O Hearts of Hope P.O.Box 3317 Saint Charles, Illinois 60174, or by paypal email address pay@chriswalk.net. When ordering commemorative buttons simply state whether you would like Picture 1 or Picture 2
